I bought a oliso iron about 2 years ago and just fell in love with it. Well, about 4 weeks ago it started not lifting some of the time which means the iron doesn't shut off. My lovely daughter
Christina emailed the
oliso company and they sent me a new iron to replace my 2 year old one. Now that is what I call good customer service. She told them that we loved the iron but the auto lift had stopped working. Next thing I know I got and email from them saying they were sorry I wasn't satisfied and they would be sending me a replacement iron. I would definitely buy from this company again with that kind of service. So here's to lots of pressing and auto-lifting. Have a great weekend.
What a neat deal, happy to see a blog
ReplyDeleteThat is really good service'it looks like a very nice iron
ReplyDeleteIroning? You'll have to explain that term to me. It must have something to do with sewing.
ReplyDeleteWell this post couldn't have come at a better time as my iron is acting up, thanks for the info.
